Celebrity culture presents girls with an unrealistic view of women as being perfect, glamorous, thin, rich and married to successful men. This negatively impacts girl’s confidence, self-esteem and career choices.
Our school workshops teach girls to look beyond stereotypes and unconscious bias and find confidence within themselves and then share this self-assurance with their friends and peers.
The United Nations believes that we must “empower girls to commit to having a point of view and to articulate it effectively and consistently.”
Our female role model program will give girls access to confident female leaders, who defy stereotypes, speak up and communicate their perspective in a powerful and effective way.
